Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the RoyLead platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

RoyLead is a SaaS platform for managing advertising campaigns and lead generation for media buyer teams.

Services included:

  • Multi-user workspace management
  • Click and conversion tracking
  • Integration with Meta Ads and other advertising networks
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Offer and landing page management
  • Real-time notification system

3. Registration and Account

To use RoyLead you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities performed with your account

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different resource limits.

4.2 Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe Inc. Prices are in EUR and do not include VAT, which will be added where applicable.

4.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from settings.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase for service defects, not for change of mind.

5. Cash-on-Delivery Remittances

When an order is paid cash on delivery, the carrier hands the cash to the shipping partner team, which forwards it to the team that fulfilled the order. The following rules apply.

  • The beneficiary Team must enter and keep up to date, in its own account area, the payout account details (IBAN, BIC and account holder) on which it receives remittances. Entering and changing these details is reserved exclusively to the Team's administrators.
  • RoyLead makes payments exclusively to the payout account selected and shown in the Team's account area at the time of execution. Those details constitute the unique identifier under applicable payment services law.
  • The Team is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the details entered. Where details are incorrect, incomplete or out of date, the payment is nonetheless deemed correctly executed by RoyLead, which is not liable for failed credits, delays, credits to third parties, or the costs of recovering the funds. RoyLead will provide such assistance as can reasonably be expected in recovering them, charging the Team any related costs and without guarantee of success.
  • Every change to bank details is logged with date, time and the user who made it, and is notified by email and in-platform to the Team's administrators.
  • The Team is responsible for safeguarding its access credentials. Changes made through a Team account are deemed attributable to that Team.
  • Every remittance is accompanied by an itemised statement (order identifier, shipment code, delivery date and amount). Any dispute must be raised within 30 days of the remittance date; after that period the statement is deemed accepted.
  • Cash collected on delivery is forwarded to the Team that fulfilled the order. Any refund requested by the end customer after delivery is handled by the Team that sold the product, towards its own customer: RoyLead does not withhold, offset or return amounts already remitted.

6. Acceptable Use

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Upload offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Overload or damage the infrastructure (DDoS, exploits)
  • Use bots or scripts to automate unauthorized actions
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the RoyLead platform (code, design, logo, documentation) belong to RoyLead Srls.

The data you upload (landing pages, creatives, offers) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to operate the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoyLead provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Economic losses arising from platform use
  • Service interruptions or downtime (SLA available for Enterprise plans)
  • Data or advertising campaigns from external advertisers (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Errors or inaccuracies in reports and analytics

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email with at least 30 days notice.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You do not pay invoices within the terms
  • You use the service for illegal activities
  • By order of competent authorities

In case of cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is Foggia, Italy.
