Quick answers to the questions we get asked most. Use the search bar at the top to find the one you need at a glance.
How do I integrate the fingerprint required by some networks?
You don't have to do anything at all: it's already built in.
Some networks (e.g. Flamyfox, Worldfilia, Nutrafilia/AdRice) require a visitor fingerprint to validate leads. RoyLead generates and sends it automatically, in the exact format each network expects β both from the WordPress plugin and from the tracker for HTML landing pages.
π‘ All you have to do is select the right network when you set up the campaign. RoyLead handles the fingerprint: no script to add, no field to fill in by hand.
How do I install the pixel?
You don't need to install any pixel, neither on WordPress nor on HTML landing pages. The CAPI (Conversions API) is already built in: events fire server-side, automatically β no code to paste and no issues with browser or iOS blockers. You only need 3 steps.
- Go to the Pixel page and enter your Pixel ID + the token (Conversions API).
- Link the pixel to the domain from the same page.
- In the domain options, choose which conversion event to send (e.g. Lead, Purchaseβ¦). Done: from then on, events fire automatically for the landing pages on that domain.
π‘ No code to paste into the site: with CAPI already built in, tracking starts on its own once the pixel is linked to the domain and the event is chosen.
Can I manage a team?
Yes. With RoyLead you manage and oversee all your media buyers from one place: you set commissions and see them calculated in real time right from the team settings, in the Commissions tab.
You set commissions however you like:
- Global β the same percentage for all your media buyers.
- Individual β a dedicated percentage for a single media buyer, to reward top performers.
Open your team and go to the Commissions tab to configure them.
π‘ The Commissions tab is available only to the owner of a Media Buyer team.
Are there monthly click or lead limits?
No, no limits. You can collect as many clicks and leads as you want, every month, with no volume caps and no usage-based costs.
Can I lose leads?
No, never. The endpoint that receives your leads does not live on the same servers as the platform: it's an independent layer, "on the front line" of the network, built specifically to never go down.
Even if our application servers had an outage, every lead is queued and stored, and the landing page still shows the successful submission to your user. As soon as the system is back up, the queued leads are processed automatically, in order and with no action on your part.
π‘ An outage of our servers is a scenario that effectively never happens β but even if it did, you're fully covered: no lead is lost.
What's the difference between External, Internal and Supplier networks?
These are the three ways you find offers to promote on RoyLead. They differ in who creates the offer and how you earn.
- External Networks β You create the offer on the platform and link it to an external affiliate network (e.g. Flamyfox, Worldfilia). You earn the payout per lead that network pays you.
- Internal Networks β Offers from advertisers already inside RoyLead who authorise you to promote them. You earn the payout per lead set by the advertiser.
- Suppliers β You start from a supplier's catalogue product and build your own offer. There's no fixed payout here: you earn the margin between your selling price and the stock cost (net of shipping and VAT).
π‘ In short: External and Internal pay a payout per lead, Suppliers pay a margin on what you sell.
Does the plugin slow down my WordPress site?
No. The plugin is built to be ultra-light and doesn't affect your pages' speed.
- Served from a CDN β the script loads from a global network, not your hosting: it doesn't use your WordPress server's resources.
- Tiny β about 16 KB, less than a small image and far less than Google Analytics.
- Non-blocking β it loads at the bottom of the page, after the content: visitors see the site right away and tracking starts afterwards.
- In the background β clicks and leads are recorded while the visitor browses, without slowing them down.
π‘ Want proof? Run a Google PageSpeed Insights test on one of your landing pages: the plugin's impact is minimal.
