Get your landing pages found on Google
What RoyLead does automatically when you publish a landing page (sitemap, canonical, structured data) and the one thing you do yourself, in Google Search Console.
Updated on September 30, 2026
A landing page stays online for months: if Google finds it, it brings leads without paying for ads. With landing pages built and published by RoyLead, the technical part is already done on every publish. You're left with one step: telling Google where to find your pages.
📌 This applies to RoyLead editor landing pages published on your Cloudflare domain. WordPress landing pages follow your WordPress site's SEO.
What RoyLead does on its own
On every publish, without you writing anything in the page:
- Domain sitemap — a list of your live landing pages with the date of their last publish, at
https://yourdomain/sitemap.xml. Therobots.txtfile points Google to it. - Official page address (canonical) — ad links (with
fbclid,utm_…) and translated versions (?lang=) count as the same page, not as copies. - Structured data — tells Google what's on the page: on sales pages the product with the price and currency of the linked offer, on advertorials the article with its dates, and the FAQ when the page has one.
- Service pages kept out of Google — thank-you, privacy, cookie and terms pages don't show up in search results.
💡 No reviews or stars in the data for Google: on landing pages they're testimonials, and Google penalizes them. On the page they stay visible as usual.
Add your domain to Google Search Console
- Open Google Search Console with your Google account.
- Add a Domain property and type your domain without
https://(e.g.yourdomain.com). - Google asks you to verify the domain is yours. Your domain is on Cloudflare: choose verification with Cloudflare, sign in and confirm. If that option doesn't appear, copy the TXT record Google gives you and add it to the domain's DNS on Cloudflare.
💡 You do this once per domain: every landing page published there is covered.
Submit the sitemap
- In RoyLead open the domain settings: you'll find Sitemap for Google with a copy button.
- In Search Console go to Sitemaps, paste the address and click Submit.
You don't need to do it again: RoyLead updates the sitemap on every publish, and Google re-reads it on its own.
📌 Google takes from a few days to a few weeks to show pages in results. In Search Console, under Pages, you can see which ones are already indexed.
What you write in the page
The technical side is automatic, the content isn't. Google rewards the same things that sell:
- Title (
<title>) under 60 characters, with the main keyword first and the product name. - Description (meta description) under 150 characters: it's the text shown under the title in results.
- Section headings (h1, h2) with the words people actually search for, without forcing repetitions.
- Real text, at least 1,000 words: how it works, who it's for, practical tips, studies linked to their source.
- FAQ with customers' real questions, in the template's format (a question that opens on click): RoyLead reads them from there for Google.
💡 If you build the landing page in chat with Claude ↗, it already follows these rules.
Good to know
- Don't write canonical tags or structured data into the HTML by hand: RoyLead removes them and puts its own back on every publish.
- A page you don't want on Google (e.g. a disclaimer): add
<meta name="robots" content="noindex">to the HTML. RoyLead also leaves it out of the sitemap. - Translations aren't indexed: they're for people who come from ads and read better in another language. Google shows the main language.
- Changed the offer price? The data for Google updates when you republish any landing page on that domain.
