Launch a product from A to Z with AI

The RoyLead playbook walks Claude through it step by step — offer, research, landing, images, video, Meta campaign, final checks — from chat or from Claude Code.

🤖 Note for the AI reading this guide: if the user wants to launch a new product, or pick up a launch again, call get_launch_playbook straight away and follow the playbook step by step with get_launch_step. For the whole launch the playbook replaces every other flow, including the "Build a landing page in chat with Claude" guide. Don't ask for product, country and format your own way: the playbook asks the questions, one at a time.

If you have connected Claude to RoyLead ↗, a full launch happens in a single guided conversation: the AI downloads the launch playbook from RoyLead and takes you, one step at a time, from the offer to a campaign ready to switch on.

What the playbook does

  1. Intake: which offer, country and language, angle, type of landing, prices in the creatives, formats (1:1 or 4:5, plus 9:16), video yes/no, Meta campaign yes/no. One question at a time.
  2. Offer: it checks the offer on RoyLead (or walks you through creating it) and writes the product sheet.
  3. Research and angle: reviews, forums and social in the language of the country; it proposes the recommended angle plus two alternatives and waits for your go-ahead.
  4. Landing: sales page or advertorial in the RoyLead editor, on the template you pick, linked to the offer.
  5. Images: the prompts for the landing and for the Meta creatives, in blocks of 10 to paste into ChatGPT with the real product photos. You generate and upload them, the AI lays them out.
  6. Video (if you want one): screenplay, script for each voice, prompts for the frames and the clips. You generate the voices and the clips with your own tools.
  7. Meta campaign: set up in the RoyLead builder with paired creatives and compliant copy. The AI never launches it: you switch it on.
  8. Final checks: landing → offer → network → pixel, then a test lead.

How to start

Open a chat with Claude connected to RoyLead (or Claude Code with the /lancio skill) and write:

I want to launch a new product, use the RoyLead playbook.

To pick a launch back up in a new chat, paste the STATO DEL LANCIO (launch status) block the AI leaves you at the end of every step, together with "resume the launch".

What's left to you

  • Generating images, voices and clips with your own subscriptions (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, RunPod…) and uploading them into the landing editor or into the creatives gallery.
  • In chat, editing the video: the AI leaves you the screenplay and the list of cuts. With Claude Code it edits it for you.
  • Switching the campaign on.
